Manage Forward Voicemail settings for Business VoiceEdge

As a Business VoiceEdge Admin, enable the Forward Voicemail to Entire Group feature to allow a user to forward voice messages from their phone, while using the Voice Portal, to all users with voicemail boxes in the group. 

Forward voicemail to entire group

  1. Sign in to My Account and select Business VoiceEdge Admin from the Services menu.

  2. Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Voicemail.

  3. Select the toggle to turn on or off.
