Manage Forward Voicemail settings and Voice Portal PIN for Business VoiceEdge

Introduction

As a Business VoiceEdge Admin, enable the Forward Voicemail to Entire Group feature to allow a user to forward voice messages from their phone, while using the Voice Portal, to all users with voicemail boxes in the group. Also access these Advanced Voicemail settings to update the Voice Portal PIN used to change Automated Attendant greetings in the Voice Portal.

Forward voicemail to entire group

  1. Step 1:

    Sign in to My Account and select VoiceEdge Admin from the Manage Services dropdown.

  2. Step 2:

    Expand the Advanced Settings section and select Voicemail.

  3. Step 3:

    Turn Forward Voicemail to Entire Group On or Off.

Edit Voice Portal PIN

  1. Step 1:

    Select the Pencil icon in the Voice Portal PIN section.

  2. Step 2:

    Create and confirm a new Voice Portal PIN. Select the Checkmark to confirm.
