Set up voicemail remotely for Business VoiceEdge

Introduction

Set up and access your voicemail from a number other than your appointed Comcast business phone number. You can also update your voicemail PIN and access messages and settings online.  

Set up voicemail from another number

  1. Dial your Business VoiceEdge appointed phone number and press * when the system greeting begins.

    Note: The Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and default voicemail PIN are provided in your welcome email. If you do not have your VoiceEdge telephone phone number and voicemail passcode, please contact your Technical Administrator or Service Manager.

  2. Enter your default voicemail PIN and press #.

  3. Enter a new PIN and press #. Confirm the new PIN and press #.

  4. Record your first and last name, then press #.

  5. Press 1 to access the Voice Messaging main menu.

  6. Retrieve voicemail messages and record your greetings.

Access voicemail messages from another number

  1. Dial your Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and press * when your personal greeting begins.

    Note: The Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and default voicemail PIN are provided in your welcome email. If you do not have your VoiceEdge telephone phone number and voicemail passcode, please contact your Technical Administrator or Service Manager.

  2. Enter your PIN and press #.

  3. Retrieve your voicemail messages.
