Introduction

This article will cover how to set up and access your voicemail from another phone number, other than your appointed Comcast business phone number.

Set up voicemail from another number

1. Dial your Business VoiceEdge appointed phone number and press * when the system greeting begins.

Note: The Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and default voicemail passcode are provided in your welcome email. If you do not have your VoiceEdge telephone phone number and voicemail passcode, please contact your Technical Administrator or Service Manager.

2. Enter your default voicemail passcode and press#.

3. Enter a new passcode and press #. Confirm the new passcode and press #.

4. Record your first and last name, then press #.

5. Press 1 to access the Voice Messaging main menu.

6. Retrieve voicemail messages and record your greetings.

Access voicemail messages from another number

1. Dial your Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and press * when your personal greeting begins.

Note: The Business VoiceEdge appointed telephone number and default voicemail passcode are provided in your welcome email. If you do not have your VoiceEdge telephone phone number and voicemail passcode, please contact your Technical Administrator or Service Manager.

2. Enter your default passcode and press #.

3. Enter a new passcode and press#. Confirm the new passcode and press #.

4. Retrieve your voicemail messages.
