5G Extended Range

5G Extended Range delivers nationwide coverage and faster speeds than our LTE coverage. It can pass through buildings and includes dedicated mid- and/or high-band 5G signals. Capable device required.

4G LTE

4G LTE is the fourth generation of wireless technology, delivering smoother streaming experiences and the ability to instantly load webpages. Capable device required.

3G/2G

3G and 2G have slower speeds than 4G LTE and 5G, enabling simple voice calls and text messaging. 3G coverage is provided by roaming partners where available.

Partner

When traveling outside the Comcast Business Mobile network area, your phone automatically switches to one of our wireless network partners when coverage is available. You must have data roaming enabled with roaming data available. Speeds and connections may vary. Most plans allow data roaming. Not available for prepaid tablet and wearable plans.

Partner: Canada and Mexico

Get unlimited calling, texting, and up to 10 GB of 4G LTE data access included in qualifying plans. Coverage in these areas is provided by partners, so speeds and connections may vary.

No coverage

While we're constantly working to expand our coverage, some areas remain tough for cellular towers to reach. When mobile coverage is limited by your surroundings, you can connect to an available WiFi network to text, call, or use data.

WiFi Hotspots

Up to gig-speed on the go with the latest smartphones when you are connected to Xfinity WiFi hotspots.

Comcast Business Internet required. Gig speed WiFi available via hotspots to Comcast Business Mobile customers only. Actual WiFi speeds vary and not guaranteed. Not available in all areas.
