Comcast Business Payment Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions")

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

1. By accepting these Terms and Conditions you (a) agree that you are accepting these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself, your company and/or the company you are employed by (the “Subscribing Company”), (b) represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of the Subscribing Company with the authority to bind the Subscribing Company and (c) agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the Subscribing Company. As used in these Terms and Conditions, “you” and “your” refers to (i) the Subscribing Company, (ii) you, an individual user, and (iii) any other Subscribing Company personnel accessing and using the Comcast website and/or application on the Subscribing Company’s behalf. You also acknowledge that you are an authorized signer on any account or user of any card that is provided under these Terms and Conditions. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any rules your financial institution requires for preauthorized electronic funds transfers and/or any applicable network rules, including but not limited to the Nacha Operating Rules. You are responsible for all fees charged by your financial institution or card issuer associated with the recurring payments.

2. If Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries or their respective successors, assigns, agents, and service providers (collectively, “Comcast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) makes an error related to any payment that you authorize, or if your financial institution or card issuer informs us of an error related to a payment or your payment authorization, you authorize us to correct the error, including by initiating an electronic debit or credit for Automatic Clearing House (“ACH”), or debit card payments or to initiate a charge or refund for credit card payments, as applicable, as necessary to maintain an accurate balance on your account with us. The debit/charge or credit/refund will be in the amount of the error and will be made on or after the date any such error occurs. You authorize us to correct any typographical or similar error you may make in providing us with payment information.

3. We do not have to honor, in whole or in part, any payment that: (a) does not comply with these Terms and Conditions; (b) we have reason to believe may not be authorized; (c) we believe would violate any applicable law or payment regulations; (d) does not comply with our policies, procedures, or practices; or (e) we reasonably believe will be declined or returned unpaid. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to: limit the type of payment method you may use; reject a Stored Payment Method (defined in Section 22 below) transaction; or remove your Stored Payment Method in our sole discretion.

4. Comcast shall have no liability or responsibility for any losses of any kind that you may incur as a result of a payment made on items incorrectly billed, for any delay in the actual date on which your account is debited or your card payment is posted to your account, or for your failure to provide accurate and/or valid payment information. Comcast shall have no liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from or related to (a) unauthorized or fraudulent transactions initiated by any third party, (b) misuse of your payment credentials by a third party, or (c) acts or omissions of any financial institution, payment processor, or third-party service provider. You assume all risk of third-party fraud and agree that any such claims shall be addressed directly with the applicable card issuer or financial institution.

5. Comcast reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Notice may be given on or with your statement or by other methods.

6. These terms do not in any way terminate, amend, or modify other terms, within agreements, or policies that apply to your Comcast account or any Comcast services you receive or other agreements you may have with Comcast.

7. If you are enrolled in Automatic Payments, the additional provisions detailed in Sections 10 through 17 apply to you.

8. If you make a one-time payment under these Terms and Conditions, the additional provisions detailed in Sections 18 through 21 apply to you.

9. If you store a payment method with Comcast, the additional provisions detailed in Sections 22 through 23 apply to you.

Additional Terms for Automatic Payments

10. By agreeing to recurring automatic payments under these Terms and Conditions, you authorize Comcast: (a) to process recurring ACH debit entries from your specified checking or savings account (or any substitute account you or your financial institution may later provide to us), (b) to process recurring payments to your specified debit or credit card (or any substitute card you or your financial institution may later provide to us) as set forth in these Terms and Conditions or in any alternative amounts or payment schedule to which you and we agree, or (c) credit the specified bank account, credit card and/or debit card in the appropriate amount for any refunds or other billing adjustments (collectively, “Automatic Payments”). Automatic Payments will be applied to all charges on your billing statement regardless of whether the applicable services are ordered together or separately at different times.

11. Specifically, you authorize Comcast to initiate recurring Automatic Payments each month on or shortly after the “Automatic Payment Date” and in the “Amount Due” identified on your applicable Comcast billing statement plus additional charges billed to your account after your statement was issued, less credits or payments posted to your account after your statement was issued. Once your enrollment is processed, all payments will be automatically withdrawn from your specified checking or savings account or charged to the designated credit or debit card on a recurring basis on the “Automatic Payment Date” identified on each applicable billing statement, unless you terminate your authorization in the manner described herein. Please note that the Automatic Payment Date will typically occur 7 days prior to your actual Comcast Due Date.

12. You further authorize us to (a) process a separate Automatic Payment for any fee or charge you incur under your account, (b) combine multiple Automatic Payments that we may be processing on the same day into a single Automatic Payment or (c) process Automatic Payments for any amounts and on any dates that you subsequently direct by phone, email or other method we make available instead of or in addition to any Automatic Payments described in these Terms and Conditions.

13. Please ensure that your credit card has available credit or your deposit account has sufficient funds for each scheduled ACH or debit card payment to prevent declined card payments and ACH payments from being returned unpaid. If you have authorized a card payment or ACH payment and the payment is declined or returned unpaid, you authorize us to resubmit that payment as many times as permitted under applicable law or network rules. If your Automatic Payment is declined or returned unpaid after the final attempt, we will cancel the Automatic Payment and require you to pay by another payment method. We charge a fee for each scheduled ACH payment that is returned unpaid. You may also be charged a non-sufficient funds fee from your financial institution for returned ACH payments.

14. Your payment authorization for Automatic Payments will remain in full force and effect until you or we cancel it. You have the right to terminate your payment authorization at any time online by logging into your account at businessclass.comcast.net (or any successor URL) and terminating Automatic Payments or by calling Comcast at 1-800-391-3000 and terminating your authorization with a Comcast customer service representative. You must notify us at least 7 days in advance of your payment Due Date to stop the scheduled Automatic Payment.

15. To ensure an Automatic Payment is not missed, you must update any changes to your checking/savings account or credit/debit card information by logging into your account at businessclass.comcast.net or calling Comcast 1-800-391-3000. If you do not update your checking/savings account or credit/debit card information and Comcast is unable to process the payment, you may be subject to applicable late fees, returned item charges and any fees or charges assessed by your financial institution or card issuer.

16. To help us determine whether an Automatic Payment will be successful, you authorize us to initiate an authorization request, non-monetary entry or similar entry from an account or card, as applicable, and/or to obtain balance information directly or indirectly from the financial institution associated with the account or card. We are not obligated to initiate any Automatic Payment under this authorization if we receive information suggesting that it will likely fail. If we receive such information and, consequently, we do not initiate the Automatic Payment, you authorize us to initiate the payment on any later date we may choose.

17. Comcast will provide your monthly statement online, via email or via mail. You can access monthly statement by logging into your account at businessclass.comcast.net. In order to ensure that Comcast is able to provide you with important notices and other information, you must update us with any change in your contact information, including your email address. To update the email address on your account, please visit businessclass.comcast.net and add your new email address to your account. After you successfully sign in, please navigate to where you may change your email address, follow the instructions provided, and save your changes.

Additional Terms for One-Time Payments

18. You authorize Comcast to process a one-time debit to your bank account/debit card or charge to your credit card (or any other account or card you or your financial institution subsequently provide) for the total amount on the date shown (or in any other amount(s) or date(s) to which you and Comcast separately agree).

19. Instead of or in addition to any electronic debits or charges described above, you authorize us to process electronic debits or charges to your account or card for any amount(s) and on any date(s) that you subsequently direct by phone, email or other method we make available. You authorize us to combine multiple electronic debits or charges that we may be processing on the same day into a single electronic debit or charge.

20. Unless otherwise limited by law, if the electronic debit or charge is rejected, you authorize us to attempt to re-process it up to two additional times or any greater number of times permitted by network rules. However, you agree that we are under no obligation to re process any rejected debits or charges. You understand that your financial institution may impose fees in connection with rejected debits, and you agree that we do not have any liability to you for such fees. If you know that an electronic debit or charge will be rejected by your financial institution (e.g., because there is not enough money in your account), you should contact us so that alternate arrangements can be made.

21. You have the right to cancel your one-time payment by calling your local Comcast Office at 1-800-391-3000 and terminating your authorization with a Comcast Customer Account Executive. You must notify us at least three days in advance of your payment date to stop a one-time ACH payment using your bank account. YOU SHOULD CONTACT US AS SOON AS POSSIBLE FOR DEBIT CARD AND CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS, WHICH MAY BE PROCESSED IMMEDIATELY.

Additional Terms for Stored Payment Methods

22. By storing checking account, savings account, credit card, or debit card information on your “Bill and payment preferences” and subsequently using the checking account, savings account, credit card, or debit card for one-time payments (collectively, “Stored Payment Method”), you authorize Comcast to (a) process an ACH debit entry(ies) or a debit card payment(s) from the checking or savings account you specify, or (b) charge your specified credit card. The amount(s) and date(s) of any payment(s) will be specified on the payment information screen shown during the payment process.

23. If you have any other accounts with Comcast that are linked by your user ID, email address or other user credentials, you understand by storing the Stored Payment Method on your “bill and payment preferences” on a Comcast account, your Stored Payment Method will appear as a Stored Payment Method on the Comcast linked account. Use of your Stored Payment Method on the linked Comcast account is subject to these Terms and Conditions.
