1.Where do I find my account number?
Your account number can be found listed on your welcome email, on the work order you received from your installation technician, and on the top-right corner of your billing statement. We recommend that you write your account number on the Welcome Kit sticker for future reference.
2.What is my Security PIN and where can I find it?
All Comcast Business Voice, Business Trunks (SIP or PRI) and Business VoiceEdge customers will receive a unique account-level security PIN that is required for managing certain voice features and accessing call details records and utilization reports. This Security PIN is required as part of Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) compliance.
When you register My Account for the first time from your office, it will auto-authenticate, and then on future visits to My Account, you can always find and view your Security PIN. In addition, a copy of your Security PIN is mailed to your mailing address on file via the United States Postal Service during the first two weeks after account activation.
3.Where can I find my Static IP address?
Some Comcast Business customers request one or more Static IP(s) as part of service. If you ordered a static IP, you can view the static IP address information in My Account.
This functionality is available to Comcast Business Internet and Ethernet users, as well as onboarding users, who have subscribed to a static IP. For more information on static IPs, please read our Comcast Business IP Gateway and Static IP overview. 4.How can I contact customer service for questions regarding billing and issues with Comcast service?
Customer support is available 24/7 to help with all of your service needs at (800) 391-3000. You can also chat with a representative online during business hours via My Account.
