Many businesses and industries have pivoted their strategy during the pandemic, and the healthcare industry is no exception. As we continue to deal with Covid-19 and ultimately recover, there is a silver lining, according to experts, including the degree by which technology has become less intimidating to most and a lot more personal.

Comcast Business partnered with the Sacramento Business Journal to record a podcast and discuss how the Sacramento health system uses tech to make care more human, match workers with childcare and housing, and define what else is possible.

Jeff Lewis, vice president, data product management at Comcast Business joined Comcast customers from Sutter Health, Dr. Albert Chan, chief of digital patient experience, and Chris Waugh, chief design and innovation officer, to talk about how they leveraged technology in the crisis and what they want to accomplish in the future.
