Protecting our customers' data is essential

Protecting our customers’ data is an important responsibility that we do not take lightly. Working to keep that information safe, secure, and private is one of the most important things we do. Privacy laws and regulations are constantly evolving and, as new requirements come into play, we will evaluate our practices and the services we provide for compliance.

Some services may have additional privacy practices that may be described in your Comcast Business contract. To the extent there is an overlap between our privacy policy and a service-specific agreement, the agreement will control with respect to that service. Any updates to our standard processor terms will be shared here in our Privacy Center and applied to your use of our services.

This sets forth the standard terms and conditions applicable to the processing of personal data to provide one or more of the Covered Services to your business. These terms supplement the terms of and prevail over any conflicting terms with Comcast Business.

Comcast Business allows you to update your preferences regarding our promotional communications that are sent to you. Please note that even if you opt out, you will continue to receive important service-related communications.

Opt out of calls, solicitations, and mailers

If you would like to opt out from receiving future Comcast Business sales or informational calls, solicitations at your door, or promotional postal mailings, please fill out a Request to Manage Communications form.

Opt out of emails and texts

If you would like to opt out of receiving promotional email from Comcast Business, please use the unsubscribe link included within the message. To opt out of promotional text messages from Comcast Business, simply reply STOP to the message.
